This is not an 蘋果 (apple): Fragments from a Collective Subconscious

This is not an 蘋果 (apple) is an in-development surrealist dance performance. In a climate where art must be repeatedly defined, rationalised and justified, we created a work to exist outside these needs. 蘋果 goes deeper than the conscious mind, engaging with the illogical to create a sense of connection that does not require further validation.

Driven by instinct we allowed our creative impulses to surface through meditation, creative writing, improvisation and experimental interpretations of abstract art. The resulting work in development is the voice of our collective intuition. This is our subconscious speaking. The language is yet to be defined.
